Current Priorities
Issue
Anti-Social Behaviour
Action
We have actively identified areas in which there has been an increase in anti-social behaviour and anticipate this to continue as we move through the year.
Over the summer holidays, Op Marton was utilised to target the identified hot spot areas throughout the beat. There were sporadic issues throughout the areas during the summer, however patrols will be continued as we go into the autumn months by the local beat team. In addition to this, the local PCSO’s have been conducting visits to those throughout the area who have been identified for causing anti-social behaviour issues in order to prevent these behaviours continuing.
Issue
Drugs
Action
The local beat team have been responding to and actively patrolling areas where concerns have been raised regarding drug use and drug supply. This heavily relies on information from the public, so we encourage the public to report any ongoing concerns or suspicious activity.
Issue
Residential burglaries
Action
Due to an increase of residential burglaries, our local team have been visiting the targeted areas offering crime prevention advice and reassurance. We ask all residents to be vigilant and report any suspicious activity. If something or someone seems out of place, please let us know.
