Rural acquisitive crime

Action

Targeting and disruption of travelling criminals and organised crime groups involved in acquisitive crime by way of quad and farm vehicle and equipment theft. This involves working jointly with neighbouring forces, supported by key volunteer groups such as Dales Watch and working alongside our own Rural Task Force. This priority will also encompass target hardening initiatives such as offering security advice and property marking by way of DNA marking kits.

Targeting persons involved in the supply of drugs

Action

We shall continue to take all opportunities, led by information and intelligence to disrupt persons and criminal activity linked to the supply of drugs and the commonly linked exploitation of vulnerable individuals.

Action

We continue to work with partners to combat anti social behaviour in the area caused by local youths.

Anti Social Behaviour caused by excess alcohol in Richmond market place

Action

We continue to work with our licensing partners and publicans to support with anti social behaviour caused by drinking on weekend nights in Richmond market place. High visibility patrols are conducted by the neighbourhood policing team along with RMP.
