This stems different incidents on Wimbledon Common in the past.
Action
Specific: Targeted patrols around Wimbledon Common and High St. Attend Walk and talks at Wimbledon common
Measured by reports made online and to 999
Achievable by engaging with public at walk and talks, drop in surgeries and on patrol.
This is relevant due to reports of incidents in Wimbledon common, and previous incidents in High St.
Time frame of 3 months with a monthly review and daily overnight reviews on each duty. Reviewed at Q4 ward panel meeting

Measured by monitoring reports and logging patrols/visits on reports
Achievable by SNT officers prioritising patrols
Relevant: voted by ward panel.
Timely: Reviewed weekly by SNT and quarterly at ward panel meeting.
Issue
Specifically, builders vans.
Ongoing issue whereby vans are being broken into and tools stolen.
Neighbouring wards having similar issues with theft from motor vehicle too. Joint initiative with Wimbledon Park SNT.
Action
S: Collate Security advice/Vehicle Safety Packs
M: Measured by reviewing crime reports and calls to police
A: Distribute security packs to building/property renovation sites or via Council planning department, High Vis patrols, visit sites and ensure they have up to date security advice. Provide security advice to the newsletter to be distributed to the Residents associations/ace contacts
R: This is relevant because of the increase in TFMV occurring around building sites and in the village by Victims leaving valuables on show
T: 3 months, to be reviewed at next panel. Team will review monthly and conduct overnight checks when on duty
