High Harm Offenders – Quickly identifying incidents
that we can link to offenders that are responsible for
wider-spread nuisance, disorder and thefts from store.
By being responsive to, and collating all evidence
quickly in respect of known offenders, we can look to
holding them accountable at a very early stage,
preventing them from committing further offences, and
engaging them with partner services to look at some
of the root causes behind their offending.
