Prolific Youth Offender
Action
Ongoing work is continuing in relation to a prolific youth offender on the Marfleet Ward. Multi-agency meetings are being held. Officers will continue this work with the nominal looking at ways to work with them and prevent re-offending.
Issue
Anti-social behaviour (ASB) and criminal incidents are occurring as a result of nuisance motorbikes within the Marfleet Ward.
Action
Reports indicate instances of nuisance motorbikes across the entire ward over the past two months, with no specific hot spot identified.
Regular visits to offer reassurance to the public, review CCTV footage, and actively work towards identifying potential offenders. These visits also include routine patrol walks in collaboration with Hull City Council staff to address general concerns in the area.

Traveller site on Stonebridge Avenue Playing Fields
Action
On 20/03, 12 caravans setup camp on Stonebridge Avenue Playing fields. Thanks to the publics calls, police along with Hull City Council where able to act quickly and efficiently to visit the site and build a risk assessment and start proceedings with the site. This is council led and they have processes in place in relation to traveller camps.
