Issue
Since the closure of the A63 there have been various diversions put in place that many HGV drivers are choosing to ignore and therefore breaching the weight restrictions by travelling and attempting to navigate the small narrow roads in Melton, Welton and North Ferriby.
Action
Patrols will continue to pay passing attention when in the area and to regularly check the signage in the villages to make sure it is clear, visible, and enforceable.

On the run up to Christmas we will continue with high visibility patrols to minimise incidents of ASB.
