Criminal damage and Anti-social Behaviour at Kings Head Croft Park

1. Your neighbourhood policing team have continued to provide regular patrols in the area throughout the summer 2024 period and we are pleased to update that we have had very few calls for service and very few incidents of reported asb. We will continue to provide a policing presence as darker evenings draw in.

As we enter November and darker evenings the calls for service remain low but your neighbourhood team will continue to complete foot patrols through the park.
February 2025 we continue to patrol the park and pleased to report that there are very few calls for service.

HGV vehicles, Westgate Road, Belton. We continue to receive complaints of vehicles over the 7.5 tonne weight limit driving on the residential part of Westgate Road, Belton.

Your Neighbourhood Policing Team have been carrying out enforcement in the area and also providing advice to the drivers.
There is appropriate signage in place instructing of the correct route that should be taken.
We have been engaging with companies to provide the appropriate advice.
We have been working with partner agencies and a local school who have created road signs highlighting the dangers of HGV vehicles using the road.
