Neighbourhood officers have also been continuing with their Op Hotspot patrols which sees a visible police presence in the area to deter crime.
Officers met with a number of residents recently at an event outside Watford Central Library where bikes were security marked and safety advice was given.
The team also held a stall in the Atria shopping centre and provided crime prevention advice to shoppers.
Used stop and search powers which led to the recovery of Class A and B drugs.
Held a pop-up event and spoke to over 250 people who came along.
Issued a number of Community Protection Warnings and Notices to persistent beggars in the underpass.
Spoke with college students to promote feelings of safety within Watford town centre. We also held a bike and phone marking event at the college.
