Tackle retail theft in St Albans Road focusing on shoplifting at Tesco Express, Co-Op and Esso particularly.

Officers have been conducting proactive patrols in the area and further work is underway to address this priority.

Prevent vehicle crime in and around the Kingswood estate and work to reduce the volume of theft from motor vehicle and vehicle interference offences in the area.

Officers have conducted numerous operations in the area testing car door handles. On some occasions, doors were found to be unlocked and insecure. Officers spoke to the owners of the vehicles and provided crime prevention advice.
