We are working with retailers to reduce repeat shoplifting offences across stores in Horwich Town Centre. We are pro - actively targeting offenders and looking to obtain CBO's (Criminal Behaviour Orders) where possible.

We are targeting repeat demand locations and addresses that are causing crime and ASB in the area, particularly around the Town Centre.
