Current Priorities
Issue
You have told us you are concerned over speeding Vehicles Theft From houses and outbuildings Anti Social Behaviour
Action
We are encouraging locals to start a Community Speed Watch scheme in their area to help tackle the issue. Community Speed Watch is a scheme run by volunteers in communities where speeding and road safety is a concern. If you are interest in signing up, please contact your local Safer Neighbourhood Team on 101. This is always a priority for us due to the impact that it has on victims. Although these offences are again very low in the area, we heavily rely on the public reporting any suspicious activity by calling 999 if occurring at the time, otherwise report online on the Derbyshire Police website or by calling 101 We need your help to keep our area safe . This is something that can be seen as a minor issue at times, but to an individual or a community over a period of time can cause a lot of stress and upset. We at Derbyshire Police are now putting on targeted patrols to areas which are experiencing ASB to tackle the problems and hopefully re-assure the communities suffering with the problem, again we rely on the public to make us aware of any issues.
